Postage to the rest of the world is charged at PACKAGE WEIGHT 1 - 100 grams £3.90.  101 - 250 grams £5.90.  251 - 500 grams £8.90. Postage to the United Kingdom is by Royal Mail 1st class. All rest of the world postage is by Royal Mail standard delivery.

RETURNS POLICY. Should you wish to exchange or return a product for full refund. Please post item(s) back within 14 days.(Postage paid by the buyer) to Koolyaknow, 1 Abbeydale, Heaton With Oxcliffe, Morecambe, LA3 3RB. Please fill in the form below to let us know. On receipt of the item(s) a full refund will be issued to your method of payment. This includes postage originally paid for Overseas orders. Or the exchange items will be sent out if you requested an exchange.
